Description: | In the UI, go to "Calling Rules". If the list of calling rules is "call using" as "undefined", a dialog box will pop for EACH ONE (i.e. all 6) in sequence saying "a calling rule has not been defined, you will now be asked to choose one". First, a cascade of dialog boxes is broken. Second, the user is never "asked to choose"; the list is simply presented. ****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ****** AsteriskNOW + GUI ISO build 1.4.0-0.21-2 | ||
Comments: | By: Pari Nannapaneni (pari) 2006-12-19 14:57:00.000-0600 the dialog box text is fixed in commit 181, but the dialog box is not removed altogether to make sure that the users are informed about trunks that nolonger exist. Eventually in future releases we will have all the depency rules get deleted when a trunk is deleted. -Pari By: Andrew Payne (payne92) 2006-12-21 09:56:29.000-0600 If possible then, the dialog box popup should be combined into a single dialog box noting the problem for all rules. In other words: "A service Provider must be defined for the following rules: XXX, YYY, and XXX". The problem now is that you have to go through SIX dialog boxes each time you click on the "list of calling rules" tab. By: Pari Nannapaneni (pari) 2007-01-02 15:08:23.000-0600 Done |
