Description:The calling rules should default to a provider, if one has been configured by the user in the previous step.  In particular, "call using" should not default to "undefined", but should default to the previously configured provider.

Text suggestion:  replace "undefined trunk" with "Undefined"

ok to implement this .. what we need is, to first identify whether
the user is running the setup wizard for the first time on that device or
just going through it again at a later stage.

I saw some GUI the other day and their first screen of the wizard
asks the user
*) I'm running this GUI for the first time
*) I have already used setup wizard before on this device before.

The reason why we need to know this is to make sure that when
the gui takes its own decisions and adds stuff that the user
never explicitly asked it to do and assumes certain things - it should not
mess up the settings the user explicitly defined.

This was eventually replaced with "Select a Service Provider"
and I never got any complaints after that.

Anyway, I request you to please discuss any new gui features on
the gui mailing list <asterisk-gui@lists.digium.com>
bug tracker is not a place for new feature requests/recommendations.

thanks,
