Description: | currently there is simple redirect: one partner is hungup, the other is sent to a new extension. there is dual redirect: both partners are redirected to, typically, a meetme room The new feature would send one partner to one extension (meetme room, or play music) and send the other partner to a different extension | ||
Comments: | By: Serge Vecher (serge-v) 2006-12-11 08:50:57.000-0600 thanks for filing the report, but the bug tracker is not the best tool for feature requests without patches. I suggest that you either attempt to develop the feature yourself, or, if you have any funds available, post a bounty for this feature on wiki at voip-info.org. If, as a result of above steps, you have a disclaimed patch for latest trunk (new features don't go into release brances), please ask a bug-marshall or developer on #asterisk-bugs IRC channel or asterisk-dev mailing list to reopen this issue and attach the patch for review. By: Wolfgang Hamann (musicman) 2007-01-11 23:48:36.000-0600 In fact previous versions (I found that in 1.2.5) had that behaviour but required to specify all parameters. The ability to send both parts of a call to different exten/context/priority would also be useful for, e.g., sending both partners to the same meetme room with different options By: Serge Vecher (serge-v) 2007-01-12 09:42:53.000-0600 Musicman: as I've stated previously, feature requests are only to be open on the bug-tracker if the patch is attached. If you are willing to put up your time to investigate the code differences between 1.2.5 and later releases and produce a patch for the latest trunk, that will be acceptable. Otherwise, this report will remain closed. |
