Description:When ever an Asterisk extension is registered on softphone or hard phone it works properly but when both hard and soft phones are activated for a single extension hard phone stops working in call receiving, it doesnt ring for any incoming call.

this is happening on almost all hard phones, i have tried Mitel5220, Polycom 501, Zultys 2x2,Zultys 4x4.

could you please provide more information?  If you have two sip devices registering to the same sip peer name one will over ride the other , you can not have two peers with same information.  However if the issue is that you have
exten => 1234,1,dial(sip/polycom&sip/xlite) that is an issue. please respond with more info.

if I understand the issue correctly as described by mumtazch, two devices are trying to register with the same peer settings, which is not a supported configuration and not a bug. If you need two devices to ring when a certain extension is dialed, use the dialplan example provided by mogorman. And, please, use the bugtracker for posting bugs only.
