As The "provider" field is used to just select the option from the list of providers select box. Which in this case we are not selecting any (hence blank). Alternatively We can add a default provider entry for "custom Voip Provider" in providers.conf. Thos would make the custom voip provider appear in the list of voip providers, which would only confuse the users more.
