| Description: | Suggestion for the "users" tab -- make all users agents (e.g. "is agent" is checked) by default. This will cause all users to show up in the "Agents" list in the Call Queue tab. (otherwise, it's confusing to know that you need to go mark everyone as an agent, so you can add them to call queues). | ||
