Description:	I have one interface zaptel TE110P with 10 channels enabled for my service provider. Alone the first channel is enable to receive call from this service provider and when a make call using other channel, like Zap/2, the channel is enable from the PBX Siemens EWSD version 10 to receive every calls. The support off my service provider, send to me the follow message that receive in their PABX:  First DBAC e the last BPRN. ****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ****** When I start asterisk in debug mode, the following messages appear: Primary D-Channel on span 1 up    -- B-channel 0/1 restarted on span 1 My zaptel.conf is have the following configuration: span=1,1,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4 bchan=1-10 dchan=16 loadzone=br defaultzone=br and zapata.conf has configured with switchtype=qsig e using their channels above described When a put in my zapata.conf resetinterval for every seconds ago, this channels are unblocked, in the reset time, and the calls can enter by the asterisk.

This is a type of  service offers by service provides in Brazil. When I start a asterisk, the support of this service provider it says that the Siemens EWSD, receive information that the range of channels (of the two until the ten), they are blocked. The channel one, in all time this unblocked. All calls  that came from PSTN using this channels (of the one until the ten) receive status of busy. When I make one call inside of asterisk to PSTN using the channel six, for example, this is unblocked, and the new call coming from PSTN can enter normally using the channel six. This happens for all channels when I start a new call inside of asterisk. When my service provider, alone for test, set all channels, of the one until the thirty one, the functioning is normal and all channels they are unblocked and all calls coming from PSTN with no problem. Other information, when a set resetinterval to 60 seconds, for example, the unused channels they are also unblocked, but I think that is not a resolution for this problem and the time is many little and Siemens can block all channels in this case or this configuration can cause a problem.
