Description:IAX Peers output over manager would be easier to parse if it followed the format used by sip peers. the exisiting xml produced by this cli formatted output is not very helpful.. the patch compiles agains svn

You appear to have some extra stuff strewn about in this patch.  For instance the int total, changing the return value of a function, and removing the locking in another place.
