Summary:ASTERISK-08028: dot files in /var/lib/asterisk/moh will cause the dir to be treated as a file - blocking the music on hold to play

Description:If you have a dot file in moh directory, it will be listed as "/var/lib/asterisk/moh/" in "moh list files".
We should ignore dot files in that directory.

You have to fax or mail in the form, and not just attach it to a bug report.

Also, there was a change that went in several months ago that should have fixed this...  how curious.

I am sorry but I cannot fax/mail the disclaimer. In this case I am very sorry that I sent the patch. But I bet this will not stop somebody fixing the bug.
