|Description:||My VoIP-Provider has activated VAD for the incoming-line (in my direction). This is not a Problem during the call for both partys via phone. But if I activate chanspy for that channel I hear only one direction (the incoming speach). Outgoing only if both sides are speaking at the same time. So the complete call over chanspy is very choppy!|
The mixmonitor-funktion instead has no problems with it. The monitored call is ok and not choppy!

Asterisk does not currently support VAD. You will need to have your provider turn off VAD to have everything work correctly.
