Description:Even though an RFC2833 packet is received and noted in the 'rtp debug' output, it is not processed and the DTMF digit is not reported once the 'seqno' flips from 65535 to 0.

This is a problem practically because about 15-20 minutes into a conference call, users can no longer enter any commands.

I had the same problem with 1.2.12.1 after applying the patch 'rtp_changes' from bug 5970 (http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=5970).
