Like said in the bug guidelines, you need to add more infos.
What protocol? attach any debug file, like SIP/IAX2 debug, CLI output, gdb output, something, cause we cant do anything at this stage.

Sorry, We are using SIP protocol 5060.
There is nothing on the CLI, only thing happen is: when the call coming from ZAP (WCTDM2400P), my client pickup the phone, they can talk and hear very good in 5 second, later they can hear but the sound is not good, choppy, delay.
