| Description: | One (picky) customer thought they had a problem when they listened to their new messages, hit 6, listened to the next message and had to hang up. They complained the messages were gone when they called back. They had not messed with folders so did not look in the old messages folder. Requesting an option to keep new messages as new until deleted or marked as old (moved). | ||
