| Description: | I put this patch and have some problems... There are agents that are waiting calls and not receive calls until finish others comunications. Is like autofill were value 'no'. | ||

As per bug-guidelines, you are supposed to ask a bug-marshall to reopen a closed bug-report, not open a new one. 2.
