Description:In hebrew we have a special word for 200 called "Mataim", the current version says "mea mea", which is like saying "1 houndred 1 houndred" for 200 in english

The patch was manually edit as it was patched on the current trunk that had alot of diffrences from my working asterisk version (1.2.7).
3 extra audio files are needed:
houndred - 'meot'
1houndred - 'mea'
2houndred - 'mataim'
