Description: | i have call center solution. i need to enable call barge in to monitor the zap channel. Can i do this with my sip softphone i.e eyebeam. if yes then plz guide how can i do that i.e modify configuration files etc. if no then suggest if i need some hard phone etc. I really need help. waiting for ur reply..... thanks. | ||
