Description:When using dynamic agents, AMI returns AgentComplete and HangUp events when agent answers the call and NOT when the call is actually complete. It is interesting that in branch 39497 the call is still being recorded (monitored) after that, while in v1.2.10 Asterisk also stops recording (monitoring).

I have attached CLI and AMI logs (I have marked actual hangup with $ACTUAL HANGUP$ in the AMI log), but please let me know if you need anything else for debugging this bug.
