Description:	A queue is defined in queues.conf. Members of the queue are defined like this: member => SIP/401 When a caller is placed in the queue, that caller gets Swedish voice prompts. When an agent picks up a queue that agent will get a notification of how long the call waited because I have set reportholdtime = yes in the queue. But the notification is always in English and there is no option to set it to Swedish.

We haven't been able to test it in 1.2.10. However, the ChangeLog doesn't seem to mention the issue so I assume that it applies to 1.2.10 too.
