Description:	I've done all stuff needed for czech voicemail and say for 1.2. Attached patch contain both svn diff say.c and voicemail.c + my sound.txt which describes all sound files needed.

I've post some fax few months ago. In 1.2 there are some mine cz functions already but they are uncomplete. I understand that new features goes to 1.4, but isnt this special case? By: Russell Bryant (russell) 2006-07-27 12:10:33 I would not consdier this a special case.  It is a new feature that should only be applied to the trunk.  However, it's not that big of a deal, as 1.4 will be released very soon.
