Description:While monitoring a zap channel, a call waiting beep comes in - the user doing the monitoring then switches over to the incoming call with a flash upon which the channel goes down and cannot be brought back up without a restart of asterisk.

1) Make sure your logger.conf has the following line:
  console => notice,warning,error,debug
2) restart Asterik.
3) Enable debug logging with the following CLI commands:
set debug 4
set verbose 4
4) Save complete console log to file and _attach_ said file to the bug.

I will do the debug output - but we are running a live call center and I won't be able to get to it until the weekend or if I get a chance early in the AM.

Sorry, in a busy environment here and still have not had a chance to debug.  Have not restarted for more than 14 days now.  Last time was an emergency.  This system has calls going through it 24/7.  Thanks for the reminder- I expect to do the debug early AM one day this week- probably Friday.
