Description:To reproduce:

1. Use a daemonized asterisk (a non-daemonised asterisk probably will always have a console?)

2. start asterisk with default configuration. Specifically, in logger.conf in the section logfiles, set:
console => notice,warning,error

3. rem-out that line in loger.conf and run: asterisk -rx reload

Asterisk is expcted to hang, whilethe man thread attempts to write the console output somewhere.

Workaround: make sure you have a console line in logger.conf.

closing time?

Perhaps someone else could try to reproduce it first, and if they can't reproduce it either, then close it.

I am so far unable to reproduce this.

I tend to suspect the more minimal (and manual) list of modules I originally had. But so far I could not reproduce it. So I figure this bug should be closed for at least now.
