Description:I'm trying to use chanspy on a IAX2 channel. I have the output above, but I have no audio output in the extension I'm using to spy.

You're specifying an option to spy on that channel only when it's bridged? Is it bridged and then not producing audio?

Yes, that's right.

from your log it is not clear, whether the IAX2/40000 channel is in fact bridged to another channel. Please produce a complete log where we can see two IAX2 channels being bridged and ChanSpy() failing to produce audio.
