Description:	The quiet option in meetme is supposed to suppress the enter/leave sounds.  However, when a user is ejected from a conference and the quiet flag was specified, the leave sound was being played anyway.  This patch fixes that problem.  This patch is very useful when using the Meetme app for on-hook paging through multiple phones in an office.

If you want to ammend you patch to implement a new meetme option that will enable "super-quiet" mode, i.e. mute all enter/leave/administrative(kick, others?) sounds -- that would be much better.
