smells like a network issue. We need a SIP DEBUG and VERBOSE trace.

here file debug.txt(verbose file), and file sip debug (debug-sip.txt)

1) where does the message "critical transaction failed:client non-INVITE transaction[Trying]: timed out" appear?
2) please capture a _full_ transaction log. There is no invite in the debug you've attached.

the message "critical transaction failed:client non-INVITE transaction[Trying]: timed out" appear via my softphone "sjphone" .

I join full transaction log (full.txt)

The full.txt log does not contain a SIP DEBUG as requested. If the error appears on the SJPhone, why is this filed as a 'major' Asterisk bug? There appears to be a problem with your configuration. Please obtain help on the #asterisk channel on IRC or email the asterisk-users list for help.

Thank you.
