Description:After upgrading asterisk from 1.2.3 to 1.2.6 I am having problems with incorrect files being left behind in user mailboxes which is causing the voicemail system to misbehave in a variety of ways.  What I have found is that under 1.2.6 if a user leaves a voicemail in a particular mailbox with operator=yes set, and hits 0 to get to the operator, and then 1 to save the current message, the mailbox is left with the following files:

msg0000.txt.tmp
msg0000.wav

The wav file is fine, but the envelope file never gets renamed from .txt.tmp to just .txt.  This causes all sorts of weird behavior for the mailbox.

If you leave a message normally, and hit # instead of 0, the .txt file is created ok.

I downgraded to 1.2.5, and this problem does not occur.  I've been looking at the changelog for 1.2.6 and I supect that this could be an unintended consequence of the fixes for bug 6714 (I'm not a coder, so I'm not sure about this).

This is my first bug post here, so please let me know if there is any more information needed.
