Description:Sending the AGI HANGUP command in FastAGI fails with result=-1 and channel stays open.

Both when using empty param (current channel) as well as specifiying the channel name.

AGI Rx << HANGUP "SIP/200-4995"
AGI Tx >> 200 result=-1

Work around for now is to set autohangup after 1 second to force hangup.

i have tried this both ways as well on 1.2.3 and trunk nad was unable to reproduce the issue, both times it returned 1

To add some more details i used a sip phone which placed a call straight to the extension on the FastAGI.
