Description: | When an inbound call reaches our operator (noted as Op in asterisk), she places the inbound call on hold and then transfers the caller to their desired destination (a set extension within the system). Every few calls, this transfer fails, and the caller is disconnected. We've recently replaced the operator's phone, ensuring that the hardware was not the issue. I have a good suspicion that it is our dialplan that is causing the disconnect. I'm not quite sure what to post at this junction, but I will post whatever information is necessary to assist anyone who is willing to help me with this upon request. Thanks in advance, Justin | ||

Please use IRC or the mailing lists/forums, or other support channels for this kind of thing, unless there is actually a bug found in asterisk. By: Olle Johansson (oej) 2006-01-25 01:34:03.000-0600 There are a lot of friendly people in the IRC channels that can help you track this down. If it turns out to be a bug, please re-open this issue. Thank you. |
