Description:It appears that an incoming channel's caller ID presentation is not passed to a new outgoing channel.  I looked at the code briefly and it seems it should work, but perhaps I am not familiar enough with it.  Or perhaps I have msiconfigured something, but I am using vanilla Dial(), so I don't see how.

****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ******

Here are debugs from my server.  When it receives a call, it receives calling presentation as show below.

Rx-Frame Retry[ No] -- OSeqno: 000 ISeqno: 000 Type: IAX     Subclass: NEW
  Timestamp: 00012ms  SCall: 00003  DCall: 00000 [24.159.142.112:4569]
  VERSION         : 2
  CALLED NUMBER   : 1NXXNXXXXXX
  CODEC_PREFS     : (gsm)
  CALLING NUMBER  : NXXNXXXXXX
  CALLING PRESNTN : 35
[snip]

But when the server creates the new outgoing channel using Dial(IAX2/peer/${EXTEN}), the presentation is not sent.

Tx-Frame Retry[000] -- OSeqno: 000 ISeqno: 000 Type: IAX     Subclass: NEW
  Timestamp: 00001ms  SCall: 00004  DCall: 00000 [70.84.157.148:4569]
  VERSION         : 2
  CALLED NUMBER   : 1NXXNXXXXXX
  CODEC_PREFS     : (gsm)
  CALLING NUMBER  : NXXNXXXXXX
  CALLING PRESNTN : 0
[snip]

I'd like to see your iax.conf and all your priority for that dial please.
Plus, add all iax debug for all that call (if possible).

Are you using the 'o' option in your dial statement?
