Description: | hi just after upgrading from 1.0.x to 1.2 from svn yesterday at 23:00 CET, we keep getting problems with our callcenters that they no longer get incoming calls after a while. for what I can see, the problem lies in device status error. all softphones are most definetely available, while not flagged so. callcenter employees report incoming calls come up but only ring for some seconds before they die away. after one call has disappeared this way, it does not seem to allow more calls into the centre. ****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ****** show queue xxxx shows support_oslo has 3 calls (max unlimited) in 'ringall' strategy (3s holdtime), W:0, C:3, A:1, SL:0.0% within 0s Members: SIP/1990022 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet SIP/1990023 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet SIP/1990024 (Not in use) has taken 1 calls (last was 247 secs ago) SIP/1990025 (Ringing) has taken no calls yet SIP/1990026 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet SIP/1990027 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet SIP/1990028 (In use) has taken no calls yet SIP/1990029 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet SIP/1990030 (Not in use) has taken 1 calls (last was 250 secs ago) SIP/1990031 (Not in use) has taken no calls yet SIP/1990033 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet SIP/1990034 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet SIP/1990038 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet SIP/1990039 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet SIP/1990062 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet SIP/1990063 (Not in use) has taken no calls yet SIP/1990064 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet SIP/1990065 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet SIP/1990066 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet Callers: 1. Comments: | By: Roy Sigurd Karlsbakk (rkarlsba) 2006-01-12 03:15:50.000-0600 strategy is set to ringall By: Roy Sigurd Karlsbakk (rkarlsba) 2006-01-12 05:14:20.000-0600 may this perhaps be related to http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=5912 ? By: BJ Weschke (bweschke) 2006-01-12 12:21:39.000-0600 can you please post a trace with "set verbose 10" and "set debug 10" into a logger file that has all the logger channels enabled? Thanks. By: Roy Sigurd Karlsbakk (rkarlsba) 2006-01-13 00:15:06.000-0600 I rolled back to 1.0.x to make it work stably. Would a log without debug (just verbose) do any good? By: BJ Weschke (bweschke) 2006-01-13 11:02:22.000-0600 probably not. I'm sorry. there's info in debug that we won't get with just verbose. We need to understand at what point and which portion of the call is reponsible for setting the device state to available indefinitely. are you going to be able to test/reproduce this in the new future or should we close for now and reopen if someone else can get the data if they're having the problem or you're able to reproduce out of production? By: Roy Sigurd Karlsbakk (rkarlsba) 2006-01-13 14:30:54.000-0600 I can quite possibly try to setup 1.2 tomorrow or tonight, just to try to reproduce the error By: Olle Johansson (oej) 2006-01-26 12:06:19.000-0600 royk: The nights are long in Norway...
