Description: | In SVN Trunk 7797, a bug was introduced which prevents the Caller ID Number from being displayed on Polycom phones. The Caller ID Name, if present, displays properly, but the Caller ID Number is blank (not just "unavaliable"). This issue does not affect my Linksys devices. ****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ****** The notes for rev 7797 mention: "convert chan_sip sip_pvt and sip_registry structures to use string fields" I suspect the changes made here are the culprit, though I am not certain why Polycom SIP devices would interpret data differently than Linksys devices. | ||

By: Trevor Hammonds (trevmeister) 2006-01-08 23:05:59.000-0600 With only preliminary testing, that seems to do the trick. Thank you!
