| Description: | a quick hack to enable "rtp debug" and "rtp no debug" from the CLI in the 1.0 tree to be able to log rfc2833 events to the DEBUG logger channel when you have rtp debugging enabled. probably will never get merged into 1.0 as it is a new feature, but leaving it here as a placeholder for those that may need it. | ||
