Description:When you are listening to your messages and pick "8" to forward this message to another user, then option "2" to forward without prepending the message is never forwarded.  If pick option "1" to prepend a message to the forwarded message, it works just fine.

this patch fixes part of it. the msg will forward now. However, I'm still not getting a "message saved" prompt played back to me on the channel as I should so I'm going to check into that further.

k. it would appear that if you were trying to forward to any folder that was not empty (prepending or not prepending) fwd'ing would bomb. I've also fixed the problem that would have become apparent when forwarding worked on a non-empty folder that the msg-saved prompt wouldn't play. :)
