generally it would be great to allow the option of more than 1 active call per agent, may sort out the above, allow for call waiting etc.

This is actually a change in behavior from 1.0.  Previously, when a parked call timed out, it would return to the 's' extension.  Now, it will try to go back to whoever parked the call.

I think we should make this new behavior optional, or at minimum, write something about it in UPGRADE.txt.
