Description:Found it after apgrading to the latest cvs head because areskicc stopped work properly.
To reproduce used agi-test.agi shipped with asterisk (strange, but no messages printed to STDERR from agi-test.agi appears).

   -- Executing DeadAGI("SIP/100-3089", "agi-test.agi") in new stack

You have to ignore SIG HUP

Ok, it works when ignoring SIGHUP.
But what happened with output via STDERR?

You should take a look in mailing list, this was already covered before.
