Description: | We just installed the 1.2b1 version to test it and have problems with modem channels. Until today we succesfully ran a 1.0.7-stable with one BRI ISDN Card (Asuscom, Hisax type 35) as a common office PBX, in Belgium, with tone dialing. With the same hardware, the 1.2b1 has noise problem: * ISDN party is ok, but the other party (SIP/IAX) receives loud noise; * ISDN party can hear other party but with a long delay (about 1 sec) * When only using asterisk applications such as Wait, Background, nothing was remarked, as we do not have another "external" channel * We also tried with another Hisax card, type 11 (Eicon DIVA) but the problem remains. ****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ****** MODEM.conf ; ; isdn4linux ; ; Configuration file ; [interfaces] context=demo driver=i4l ; isdn4linux - an alternative to i4l is to use chan_capi stripmsd=0 dialtype=tone mode=immediate group=1 ; group=1,2,3,9-12 msn=87740306 incomingmsn=87740307 device => /dev/ttyI0 device => /dev/ttyI1 | ||
