Description:Currently, agents can be logged off after a number of seconds.

For a client I work with, it would be much better if we could set it to a number of missed calls. (they would like it set to 3, for example)

this is already possible using the dialplan.  Check the wiki and the notes on ASTERISK-4903

If you would like to get this imlemented in asterisk, I would suggest a bounty, or contracting the work.  I am going to suspend this bug for now due to no activity.  If you can get a patch for review, please re-open this bug.
