Description:I'd like to include into zaptel the man pages for the ztcfg, ztmonitor, zttool commands. They are in sgml, it's easy to build the nroff manual pages with:

docbook-to-man file.sgml > file.8

In the future, please don't upload files in tarball format, it makes them much harder to review.

Committed to CVS HEAD, although I had to use docbook2man instead of docbook-to-man (the latter complained about the file formats). Also, the 'module name' in the two of the files was in uppercase, which made the manpages have the wrong case names as well. Otherwise, thanks for the excellent contribution!
