Description:This includes the additional files necessary for Compiling on cygwin.  More patches on the way to complete this work, but this is the external files necessary.  These are extracted from work by Patrick DERUEL of asteriskwin32.com, he and I both have disclaimers on file.

Please review the attached patch, particularly for license compatibility.. The only question was a bsd w/ advertising clause but it is the general advertising clause that I do not think is an issue because it is already covered.  There are more patches to come but wanted to at least get this into tree to continue this work.

Spoke to kpfleming about this.  He wants the string function replacements moved out of the win32 dir (strcompat.c probably) and was going to follow up onthe bsd with advertising licesnse issue on the inet_ntop function.  I beleive I saw a version of the same code out there somwhere without the advertising clause so I will try to search that out as well.
