Description: | I'm informed by military folk, that the Asterisk way of saying military time is not correct. Hence, we're adding the digit 'N' to say "hundred" instead of "o'clock" for minutes. ****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ****** I'll note that this is consistent with strftime(3) as only M is specified for minutes currently, and N is not used for anything else. | ||
