Description: | For some devices base themselves on the annex of the codec to negociate the annex its going to be using g729a or g729ab, this causes a problem when it asumes that asterisk is using ab and asterisk starts dropping the VAD frames. | ||
Comments: | By: Mark Spencer (markster) 2005-06-17 10:44:20 There is only one code for G.729, although you can request no silence suppression (we do already, see a=silenceSupp: off - - - - in our rtp). Can you send a protocol dump showing the difference between one requestiong G.729ab and G.729a. By: Michael Jerris (mikej) 2005-06-28 00:46:07 Unfortunately, without additional information we can not determine if this is an asterisk issue or not. If you wish to persue this issue, please re-open this bug with the appropriate debugs as required in the bug guidelines. |
