Can you produce a companion patch to include these tones into Asterisk's indications.conf.sample?

added patch for indications.conf.sample (added new ones, reordered alphabetically)
tiny new modifications on zonedata.c

would anything be broken if we also reorder (except for "us" maybe) the countries in zonedata.c alphabetically (is the index number used or referenced anywhere)?
would this make sense?

I would say, make patch for individual purpose, so just add your new stuff here.

And in another bug ID, submit your new patch something like:
[patch] Class alphabetic order to zonedata.conf and indications.conf.sample.
