Attention. Item 5 works only at imposing on correction ast-h323-dead3.diff (in ASTERISK-3875)

Fixing item 5 for the current CVS-HEAD isn't so hard, but because dead3a patch is available you could do it yourself.

I allow PCadach to include completely a code of my patch (0004099) in a patch 0004112

The patch 4336 includes functionality 4099.
The patch 4099 can be closed.
In 4336 I yet have not noticed problems.
