Description:This patch simply restores the original behavior as the default and adds an option for changing the callerid to the destination extension.

The change is backwards compatible with those who have already added the 'o' option since that option is just no longer valid.  The only people that need to change their config are those who aren't using the 'o' option, which I expect is the minority.

I think the original behavior would be more intuitive to the end user.  (No more flaming for putting it in Stable, please.  I've had enough of that.)

It strikes me that the new behavior is more accurate, and we've added messages to be able to properly track the callerid of the calling channel even with the new callerid.  My feeling is that the new behavior is certainly more accurate and that the old behavior should only be enabled if it's really needed.

I would agree with mark on this one.

Ok, so after talking to Mark on the phone, I realize that I was confused about why it is the way it is.  I agree with them now.  :)
