Description:DATETIME's format, since when it went into pbx.c#1.38, has always been DDMMYYYY-HH:MM:SS, not YYYY-MM-DD_HH:MM:SS, as it is in the documentation.

Note that it's probably better to fix the documentation, rather than the code, in this case, because the code has always been this way, and changing it would break existing implementations.
