Description:ztcfg -vvv seem to not like all DACS / DACSRBS config.

Did you forget that FXS interfaces are configured with FXO signalling
and that FXO interfaces use FXS signalling?

Just out of curiosity can you reply with what cards you have in your machine?

And ztcfg is more relative to zaptel.conf, could you attach that file too?

A TE110P and a T100P.  Can you not DACS between cards?  

Sorry, the file above is /etc/zaptel.conf, although that should have been pretty obvious by the contents
