Description:	This patch * Fixes buggy IAXpeers command * Adds IAXshowpeer manager command * Adds support for XML based output (later removed) Disclaimer on file ****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ****** The XML format is still under construction, I would like feedback on that. Trying to come up with a "generic" model for both SIP and IAX2. This is noted both in the help text and within the XML output, in order to prepare users that this may change.
