Description:Adds -T option for startup to timestamp all output lines of asterisk (minus command output).  Useful when trying to determine time between events, etc.

If by left you mean created, then sure, Here it is!  timestamp=yes|no in asterisk.conf

And patch3 has the proper commenting to go along with it, because I was too lazy to add it before.
