Does anyone else use this function? Or is it just us?

It seems it's maybe just you, which is bad for you.

Have you considered placing a bounty into the wikis?

What SIP Phones are you using?

in Zap land to cancel an attended (Flash) transfer, you just use the drop key (or hangup and the original call rings back, but this part may be Zap specific)

Khmann: If you hang up or end the call, the transfer gets put through.
This is an issue where the person at the other end has voicemail - there's no way to grab the call back (easily) and tell them that nobody is there to answer the call.
Vechers: AN assortment, which is why we like the idea of this patch - same key, same technique for all phones.
