Description:CVS-HEAD versions on/after ~2/11/2005, after running for an indeterminate number of hours, stop processing IAX registrations from dynamic peers.

A CLI reload appears to restore normal operation, but various commands (e.g. Dial) operate erratically, even though the CLI reports successful IAX registrations again.

The CLI prints repeated "Failed to register" messages to CLI.  I had nicely cut and pasted an example into this window, but HTML on "Bug Guidelines" link on this form is borked, and rather than raise new window it wiped out my report.  Since I stopped/started server I no longer have message to provide, sorry.

Others have also reported this behavior on -users list.

All configs are coming from static .conf files.

Without a "thread bt apply all" obviously there is nothing I can do with this bug report.

Can you just find me on IRC and/or call me when this happens so I can try to take a look?  Thanks.
