Description:I have a set of analog phones connected to an FXS board in an Adit 600 channelbank.  When any of the FXS channels hang up, the far end of the call hears squealing.  This squealing lasts the duration of the flashtime timeout.  If the flashtime is set to 1 msec, there is no squealing, but flash features are unusable.

****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ******

I suspect that Asterisk is not muting the audio during the flashtime timeout, but I'm not sure.  Regardless, Asterisk or the Zapata module should mute the audio feed when the phone is in an on-hook state and the flashtime has not expired.
